City Issues Manufacturing Month Proclamation

The City of Broken Arrow supports and promotes the over 300 manufacturing companies located in Broken Arrow.

During Tuesday’s regularly scheduled City Council Meeting, the City Council unanimously issued a proclamation declaring October as Manufacturing Month. The City of Broken Arrow ranks third in the state of Oklahoma for manufacturing with more than 7,000 employees in manufacturing jobs. Manufacturing Month is a national celebration of modern manufacturing designed to inspire the next generation on how they can make a difference through manufacturing and promote careers in manufacturing to tomorrow’s workforce.
