    2004 PROJECT REALLOCATION

Two additional questions are asking voters to shift already approved funding for two projects to other public safety needs. The first suggests deletion of a fire station project in the southwest quadrant of the city and the rechanneling of those funds to the completion of projects at the city's public safety training center. The second would reallocate funds no longer needed for the emergency operations center to replace the antiquated and inadequate fire station #2 in the central part of the city.
